I give him about a half of a cup a day and I am extremely happy with the result. He is calm almost 90% of the time and he is more focused. You come up with some great Parenting Polls. I'm often disturbed when I see kids (middle and high school) at my local Starbucks and ordering uber-caffeinated drinks. I was raised under the premise that coffee stunts your growth. My parents never allowed us to go near it. I didn't have my first cup until college. Our son, two-years-old, will not be drinking coffee, nor will he be drinking any soda. He hasn't thus far. Wow, you’re good. You come up with some great Parenting Polls.
